Sorry, but for now we do not deliver outside of the borders of South Africa. No more unpleasant surprises when paying for your order. When will you receive your order?
Officially delivery takes place within 7-10 working days, however in certain cases a lot quicker when we have all the items for your order in stock. Orders leave our premises 2 working days after credit card payments and 4 working days if payment is made EFT (electronic funds transfer) or direct deposit, and the courier takes between two to 3 days. Although we will try and ensure that you receive your order on time, we cannot guarantee it. We kindly request that you ensure you are available at the specified address to receive your order.

We strive to provide the finest quality products and brands to your front door hence the reason we are unable to stock each and every item, which means that sometimes, certain items have to be requested from our suppliers direct or because some of our products are made to order.
Should we be out of stock of an item or there is a delay in the product reaching our premises in time, we will notify you and automatically give you the choice to cancel your order if you are not prepared to wait just that little bit longer, but believe us, it’s worth the wait.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund you.
Refunds will be executed by our courier company Berco Express, who will collect the goods from the address where the goods were delivered.
Your credit card will be refunded, or where applicable, an EFT payment into your bank account.
Products may only be returned if the incorrect product was supplied or the product is damaged and or faulty. If the wrong product was supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, the supplier will exchange it on condition that the customer notifies us within five working days of receipt. In such an instance, we will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned product, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the returned products.
If the product was defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the product having been delivered to you to be collected and or returned to us within a period of 6 months after delivery. If the products are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must also be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Our refund policy is not applicable on consumable and or perishable items. Perishable being items fit for human consumption like tea, coffee, water, food stuffs etc.
